WHEN DID YOU START TAEKWONDO AND WHY: I was 11. I went out with my friend, Becky, to the Liverpool Elite club. She eventually quit, I didn't.
OTHER SPORTS PLAYED: I got involved with every sport; but I really enjoyed dancing and tennis.
HONOURS: 2008 World Junior silver, 2007 World Junior bronze, 2008 Commonwealth Senior gold, 2010 European senior bronze, 2010 World Sports Accord (Combat) Games, Beijing, 2010 British International gold, 2010 French Open gold, 2010 Belgian Open gold; unbeaten in National Juniors and Seniors for five years. Ranked second in the world.
AMBITION: 2011 World gold in Korea and then Olympic gold in 2012.
ROLE MODEL/FAVOURITE OTHER SPORTSMAN OR WOMAN: Lance Armstrong-he beat cancer, came back and won again. Sir Steve Redgrave-he's just quality for winning five Olympic golds in a row.
WHY SHOULD THE PUBLIC WATCH TAEKWONDO: It's so dynamic. There are unexpected elements. It's not a boring sport.
IF SOMEONE GAVE YOU £1 MILLION, WHAT WOULD YOU DO WITH IT: I would make sure I got that Olympic gold and then just spend, spend spend.. I am only 19 so I would blow it. I am not going to lie.
