WHEN DID YOU START TAEKWONDO AND WHY: When I was five because of Power Rangers

OTHER SPORTS PLAYED: It's always been taekwondo for me-I've never had time for anything else.

HONOURS: 2005 European Cadet gold, 2007 European Junior gold, 2008 World Junior gold, 2010 European senior gold, 2010 European Under 21 gold, 2009 World Pro Tour, Mexico. 

AMBITION:To win gold in 2012 and to be recognised as one of best players all time

ROLE MODEL/FAVOURITE OTHER SPORTSMAN OR WOMAN: Sir Steve Redgrave-he's even been to my house! I  first sponsors visa he was one of mentors, Just gave us loads of advice.

WHY SHOULD THE PUBLIC WATCH TAEKWONDO: A lot of people watch UFC and seem to enjoy it. Taekwondo is faster and more dynamic than UFC.

And If they got to know all the rules people would definitely enjoy it. 

IF SOMEONE GAVE YOU £1 MILLION, WHAT WOULD YOU DO WITH IT: I'd have my own professional team working for me; I'd have the best coaches in the world and the best strengthening conditioners.

SOMETHING YOU DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT AARON COOK: I am shy outside the ring. Most people see me in action and think I must be aggressive but there are two sides to my personality.
