Dear Instructors and Members,
Once again thank-you for the ongoing input and feedback on The Hub.
Whilst we have worked through system fixes, we are pleased to be able to report some overall achievements of the new membership system during November, the first month of operation:
- Over 80% of instructors have now accessed The Hub
- 1,128 members have accessed the system
- Between 10th November and this week, 862 memberships have been processed and paid for
- We have also completed 55 Insurance renewals and 16 Criminal Record Checks
This week with instructor feedback, we added functionality to allow instructors to display their own club membership costs as well as the British Taekwondo membership fee for insurance and services.
Next enhancement for instructors will be to create renewals on behalf of members.
And next week will also see us contact members for December renewals, and provide automated emails with certificates for printing.
